Crockpot Mac N' Cheese

  • 16ozs cooked pasta
  • 1 lg can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated gruyere
  • 1 cup crumbled roquefort
  • crisp cooked bacon, crumbled to taste

Mix all ingredients except bacon in crock pot and cook on low for 2.5-3.5 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon, and add some extra cheese to the top about 1/2 hour before serving.
